These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.mytreefresh.com and your purchase of TreeFresh products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS

TreeFresh products are food products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product packaging, labelling and appearance may change from time to time due to production, packaging or regulatory updates. The actual product packaging may therefore differ slightly from photographs displayed on our website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SUITABILITY

Customers should review the product description, ingredient information, applicable warnings and other information provided on the product page before purchasing.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, medical condition or specific dietary requirement, you should obtain appropriate professional advice regarding the suitability of the product before consuming it.

TreeFresh products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided on our website is not medical advice.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
payment cannot be verified;
the delivery information is materially incomplete or incorrect;
we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If a paid order is cancelled by us, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

5. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase, subject to any obvious pricing error.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully completed before your order is processed unless otherwise agreed with us.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

We do not ordinarily have access to or store your complete payment card details.

7. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within Malaysia only.

West Malaysia: approximately 3–5 business days

East Malaysia: approximately 7–14 business days

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, before being handed to our courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for shipping charges, delivery arrangements and restrictions.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because TreeFresh products are food products, we generally do not accept returns arising solely from a customer's change of mind.

This includes situations where the customer:

changes their mind;
orders an incorrect quantity;
no longer wants the product; or
does not prefer the taste of the product.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or remove any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Malaysian law.

Where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, leaking, expired or otherwise does not conform to the order, please contact us at support@mytreefresh.com.

9. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

TreeFresh may offer recurring subscription plans for selected products.

Subscription plans may be available on a:

bi-weekly basis;
monthly basis;
two-monthly basis; or
quarterly basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

Subscription purchases are subject to our Subscription Policy.

Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms stated in our Subscription Policy.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel a subscription order that has already been processed or dispatched.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate, including:

your name;
delivery address;
telephone number;
email address; and
other information necessary to fulfil your order.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

11. WEBSITE USE

You must not:

use our website for unlawful purposes;
attempt to interfere with website security or operation;
obtain unauthorised access to our systems;
introduce malicious software or code;
misuse our website;
submit fraudulent or misleading information; or
reproduce our website content without permission.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The TreeFresh name, logo, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions and other website content are owned by or licensed to Frujusco Ingredient Trading unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

13. PROMOTIONS

Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where permitted by law.

14. PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

15. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or remove any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under Malaysian law.
